I had a mate who used to go camping with mates and the highlight was hunting rats at night with air guns etc. Another mate wanted to join the army so went around catching pidgeons and wringing their necks to get used to killing Personally dont see an issue with hunting if its for food. Two scumbag ****s killed a little pup that was being walked by a 6 year old and an 8 year old, here on monday. They strangled the poor dog with his own lead in front of the 2 crying and traumatised kids. Rumour has it one of the scumbags is 19 and the other is 14. The kids dad a guy on my road isn't mr.friendly at the best of times. Should be fun when bits of the scumbags start turning up in different places.
a copper round our way got into grief because he was on the beat when called to an incident where there was a cat that was basically half squashed and was in agony. The guy asked one of the residents for a spade and basically put it out of its misery by whacking it on the head Got suspended because of complaints of animal cruelty and not calling RSPCA or whatever. Felt fo rthe guy as the animal was in agony, no way was going to be kept alive so no point in waiting half an hour plus for someone to arrive and take it away He basically got punished for being cruel when in fact thought cruelty was to let the poor creature suffer for longer than it had to
