Last nights game will be the kill or cure for Bruce this season imo. Last night was the 1st time he was disappointed with the performance and not just the result, and was pissed of with the players. The fact he publicly criticised them last night for the 1st time, tells me that he will no longer treat them as players who are simply "trying to gel" and will now demand more from them. Well, that is my interpretation (and opinion) anyway - we can now only wait and see how he and the team react. Richardons apology is a good 1st baby step (shows the players know they were **** last night). I am still a BiB, but I am close to the fence. the balance is swinging and it could go either way for me depending on the next games - namely West Brom and Bolton (and maybe Villa depending on how the other 2 games go). Arsenal I expect a good showing, but I dont expect anything from it.
Lets hope so......... Strange how a team can demolish the bullies of Stoke, then turn into lambs.........
Can we play any worse? yep I think so, but we are all wanting three points, what if we dont get those three points, will Bruce do the honerable thing, NOT A CHANCE.
