The Sun are now linking us with Kevin Keegan as director of football which would imply they are going to appoint a manager without the required experience. I wouldnt mind us bringing in Keegan as director of football but i wouldnt want Lee Clark as he isnt proven and although everyone says he is doing a great job he is doing well but with the resources he has in that league and the amount of time he has spent there he should of got them up by now LEICESTER are ready to hand Kevin Keegan a shock return to football. City's Thai owners sacked Sven Goran Eriksson last Monday but were then snubbed by No 1 target, Martin O'Neill. Now the Foxes fancy installing Keegan, out of the game since leaving Newcastle in 2008, as director of football. Leicester want to fill the manager's chair with Huddersfield boss Lee Clark. However, he is not the big name they need to promote the club in Thailand. But Keegan, 60, is keen to return to the game and would be the perfect figurehead. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...-for-shock-return-to-boss-Leicester-City.html
You will have problems with Keegan. Gets bored very quickly and then p...es off. He would leave you in the s..t at the drop of a hat.
I wish they wouldn't call them directors of football, it's just having 2 managers, which sounds **** and has almost never worked, hence why they don't call it that. I don't want Clark anyway.
