What reception do you think he will get tomorrow after the spat he had with fans last week at Wycombe? MM was going to strip him of his captaincy but after speaking to the board and chairman and some fans at the AGM meeting, Kenneth will remain captain. He has said sorry for his part and MM has urged Kenneth.... "to take that responsibility on board and be prepared to show people that he did regret what happened last weekend and he is ready to make up for it." Do you think he should stay captain? Who else is captain material? What reception do you think he will get?
Probably right about the boos! To be honest he is the most vocal and more experienced and can't think of anyone as a better candidate. I think he's had a bit of a rough time recently. He went from being a fat, unfit waster to best CB in ages and too good for this division, to terrible and unprofessional. He's played about 15 matches and he's gone from hero to villain and back again!
we dont have any captain material players at the club. no leaders on the pitch. its times like this when experience is needed. we need at least 4 leaders on the pitch all non stop talking and constant encouragement to the young inexperienced players which we have a lot of these at the club. kenneth is the best option we have but i think he is only being made captain as there is no other contenders. i doubt he would be captain if there was another player with leadership qualities who could do the job. i think he has kept the job by default. just my opinion though hope he proves me wrong and MM right by scoring tomorrow and keeping a clean sheet and being passionate in the right way to the fans while celebrating the win.
