Well another defeat lads but lets just remember how far we have come in such a short space of time. Lets appreciate the quality on the pitch at the S.O.L.

Muntari in spells looked class but shattered in last 15 mins.

Sess will be a great signing and i thought Gyan had one of his best games in Red n White.

Kieron is looking better with every game in that position too.

    Well done Lads !!

I thought Sess had a good game, they were raving about him on espn. Muntari on the other hand did not look as good, but he was hindered by play next to Henderson who again had a very poor game.

Muntari had a pretty average game. I'm sure he'll improve and fit well into the team if given time.

Sessegnon however looks an absolute gem! If Andy Carroll is worth £35million then £6million for Sess is brilliant! (yeah I understand they play in totally different roles but still...) Almost Steed-like but with a burst of pace. Going to be a crowd favourite if he keeps on playing as he has done!

I thought most players performed well initially, although we failed to defend a corner properly at a crucial point in the match. Allowing Spurs to score from a corner just before half time was very poor. I must say Gordon fails to command his area! Is not strong enough and his confidence is weak. I also believe that as good as he has performed earlier in the season, Henderson would benefit from a rest. We were also hindered by the appallingly poor refereeing. It makes it much more difficult when the referee is doing his utmost to assist the opposition! There is no room for debate here, he showed considerable bias in favour of a perceived trendy, supposed glamour club from London. The home of the tabloid football powerbase.

Henderson. I would swap him for a packet of rizla papers. He's been garbage for months.

Yes i would love him to come good, yes I like the fact that he is a local lad however he is s****. Bruce give him the rest youve been threatening and let him recharge his batteries.

Do not want to be negative and am delighted with our position. Our football although losing has still been good imo. Still on an upward curve and if we keep our confidence we can have a good finish to the season.

Stan - You are absolutely right to say and post this - KTF

I never post on the day of a match (learnt through previous stupid comments over the years) as has been said here and elsewhere emotions run high and knee-jerk reactions produce, in retrospect, OTT and at worst stupid comments!!

Look at where we are in the league and the players we have in the squad - then look back a couple of years at the same things!! SAFC are making progress across the board, but we are FAR from where the people who own/run/manage the club have set. To get there takes time.

By all means give your opinions, vent your anger at SB, individual players and other things - I know I do at times - there's nowt wrong with getting things off your chest, but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, remember the past?

    As Stan says - KTF
