apparently keds has signed for us for a fee of £120,000. i know the guy has alot of passion towards the gills...thats worth a sizeable fee in it's self, but i find that a very high price to pay!! news from a wimbledon source. very surprised p scally puts so much money into one deal!!!
hoped we might of signed this guy! joe anyinsah pacey winger and scores goals, signed by bristol rovers...who also have a very good squad of players for the season ahead!!!
I don't think we should judge how much we paid for him until we've seen what he does in a Gills shirt, no matter how much it is. I remember people knocking Jacksons price tag when we first signed him, and look what he did. Hopefully Danny will do similar!
who's knocking who or what? my surprise was to do with p scally investing that sort of money in a non-league player...up till now. money is not spent a great deal at this club...thats for sure when it's six figures!!! jackson was 21, kedwell 28 when the season comes round. purhaps you "thom_the_gill" should not judge till you understand whats written, we're all here to support the gills. i want kedwell to do the business for us without a doubt!! he already has my support in the way he talks about playing for us, just like all the other signings do! try not to be so judgemental towards a simple comment mate, because thats all it is! no problem thom end of. as you say as long as we get behind the players...thats what matters. just hope alot more fans do that this season...because it makes a hell of a difference to the players and can make a big big difference in our season on a whole. lots of negative support at home undid us in the end last season...we need that back, has'nt been there for along time, support away can't fault it!!! UTG!!!!
Completely agree! If the fans get behind the team and rebuild that home confidence that we lost towards the end of last season, then we could be in for some great football! and as you say, away from home, the support is undeniably top quality!
