What are peoples thoughts on Reading winger Kebe? I've personally always found him impressive whenever Reading have been on the box and think he would be a good addition and competition for Bennett/Pilks. Not sure how much he would cost but it appears he won't be signing a new contract at Reading.

Only unfortunate thing is those big spending Championship clubs are knocking (West Ham and Leicester)...

    Thoughts?

40/60 on this one. he comes across as a lazy bugger but he has pace to burn and he has always given us a torrid time. personally i think i'd say no as i'd rather have someone like adomah who does it week in, week out but i do think someone will take a risk on kebe

Looks good, though might not be Lambert's type if there's a chance of him going to the ACN with Mali? Also he seems to have been injured this season?

But Lambert could change that, he brings out the best in players.

steve morison certainly isn't lazy! maybe its the wrong word to use with regards kebe. he doesn't seem interested in games i've seen until he actually gets the ball. no tracking back or anything like that, half-hearted performances. not sure he is lambert's kind of player but i don't think it would be a poor signing - he could offer us pace. not sure what his crossing is like and also all i can think about when i hear the name kebe is that unbelievable dive at carrow road last season in front of the barclay!

Kebe made me laugh when I saw them playing agaist West Ham the other week. I think Reading were 2-0 up and in the final 10 minutes when Kebe decided to perform a mighty big piss take! If I remember rightly he had just got the ball out on the wing and wasn't under any pressure so he decided to begin pulling up his socks while he waited for a challenge to come in! When a challenge duely came flying in from a pissed off West Ham player the poor bloke got a red card for his troubles! This was mainly down to Kebe's show boating and complete lack of respect for his opponents. Seeing Kebe casually pulling up his socks gave this guy the right hump! If this is the sort of player you want playing at Norwich then fair enough and I would imagine that him and Bradley Johnson would get on like a house on fire! <laugh>

I know Morison certainly isn't lazy, and anyone who thinks he is clearly doesn't have a clue - but there are plenty of them who keep phoning Canary Call on matchdays....

I did see that mate and wasn't impressed with his 'showboating' but wouldn't stop me wanting him signed personally. On that note would be interesting if West Ham did indeed sign him..Noble's (IIRC?) face would be a picture after that red card ha.

Jack collison i believe Irdan <ok>

Kebe is a proper hot/cold player. Ive seen him in some games and has given the defence a torid time, but others you barely realise hes even on the pitch. I wouldnt mind him at the club as he would be a good addition, but for the fee that reading will proberbly want (especially after the mills escapade) i think he will be to much for the quality of player we would be getting...

    He's lazy

Suprised we aren't being linked with more players (even if they are far fetched)

    Any thoughts???

I've seen some very strange rumours but nothing I think is solid. Possibly Maynard but i'm not 100%

I think Lambert will get Naughton on a perm, a quick midfielder and a lower league goalscorer. Goalkeeper on loan (once naughtons perm) would be nice so rudd and steer can go out on loan and get game time? Rudd in particular needs game time because he's seriously talented. Ruddys number one though.

I have seen nothing apart from naughton from Lambert himself and Gunter but I find it strange as they play in the position. Even the Phillips link was just lazy journelism I think. That is it I think. I cant believe we havent been linked with either sharp or maynard. I was hoping to see a few names linked just to get the old guessing game going again...

Why on earth would we possibly be interested in signing Billy Sharp for heaven's sake? He is no better than Chrissy Martin if you ask me and would be way, way down the pecking order and I don't see what he could possibly offer us.
