Yep, but at 2-0 down at half time, wasn't that the time to make changes instead of waiting for another 15 minutes of the same old that the team had served up in the first half? Donnelly and Macdonald did make a difference. Whether 15 more minutes would really have changed the result is only speculation, but it would have been nice to see the changes made sooner.

itstimupnorth - without seeming to have a go at Cody (genuinely I'm not this time) - JE failed to make the same decisions against Blackpool until the final 15. Fortunately on that occasion it made a difference but i was also questioning like you, why the bleeding obvious changes were not made sooner. I suppose before people have a go at us, I should balance the argument and say hindsight is a wonderful thing. Unless we count Blackpool as the hindsight to Colchester and Barnsley!

Look we our Third in the division with two home games coming. Who would not have taken that at this stage of the season ?????
Lets get behind the team, we all make mistakes, we all lose matches,

Absolutely agree Gio, but you know there is going to be an however,....

grumpygit has summed it up nicely for me in the Dickenson thread and well worth a read of his comments. Like you say gioblues we are third, and have been despite consecutive losses, sadly now we have thrown away our advantage and JE may well need to heed grumpy's comments, or we won't be third for much longer. I'm behind the team but it don't take much to fall into freefall, and even JE acknowledged disappointment.
