I was doing Marketing for Google selling Apps and had to talk to ****loads of businesses, IT managers always complain about it. That and Lotus Notes (I've used it, what a steaming pile of ****e it is). Go **** yourself you fat useless ****
The only thing of not in that rubbish is that Lotus Notes is a pile of ****e. It is worse than Outlook/Exchange and that's really saying something. As bad as Outlook/Exchange is though businesses will always use it because they have an awful hard on for Microsoft.
That first sentence makes no sense I know businesses use Microsoft software, but only because it costs a fortune to change it once it's all set up, if not they wouldn't. That's why Google Apps is becoming so popular, it's infinitely better and you don't pay for licence renewals. Go **** yourself again you useless waste of space
Outlook... sends my work e-mails and allows me to make calendar appointments/set up meetings. That's all I need it for.
Another reason I use MS Office is that clients often want me to inegrate what I've built into one or more of their Office apps. That and Open Office. For my own business documents (quotes, invoices, etc) I use MS InfoPath sitting on top of a database. Does what it does very well indeed.
Would you like to be educated as to what an interface is so that you may henceforth use the word correctly?
A very kind offer but on the basis that I may one day end up nerding it up on a sports forum, I'll stay ignorant.
