I've never tried Dunkin' Donuts either. There used to be one at the bottom of Union St. Dunno if it's still there though.
Remember they shop that sprung up sellin baked tatties? Spud-U-Like or summat. Ah mean whit the **** wiz that all about. It's a ****in tattie FFS.
No really. I do remember a place that used to sell pieces on egg mayo - well you could get what you wanted on them. Proper big doorstep bits of bread. Remember when i went to see U2 in Murrayfield when I was 17, we stopped there to get some, to soak up the drink. Steam boats.
This And I genuinely cannot believe taht anyone would queue for 2 hours to buy a cake. That's like waiting for bread under Brezhnev FFS. Waiting for bread under Brezhnev - hmm - could be a poncey art house film in there somewhere.........
Don't think they do. People cottoned on to paying a few quid for a ****in tattie. Pretty sure they were called Spud-U-Like
I remember being in a Spud-U-Like in London nearly 30 years ago, there used to be ****ing loads of them, but, I haven't seen one for ****ing years, thought they were ****ed.
