What has to be remembered is the knock on effect If what rangers have done is illegal, it is not a case of just removing the titles won, it is every title since the EBT started...why? Because the penalty is a 3 nil defeat for each case one of these players played in...this most likely means relegation and loss of SPL share Thank god rangers are dead or else they would be beelin'
[SUB][/SUB]Blows Green out of the water, but surely the SFA should take action against the new club's owner because he has brought the game into disrepute. I have a feeling that the new club could be fined by the SFA, or the SPL or Celtic may be considering legal action against Green for defamation. This is not the last we have heard of this.
We had seemingly one on ebt now cleared , how many did old Rangers have 83 !!! Those titles are going to disappear very quickly
Still doesn't stop the SPL from stripping titles. Also the SFL and SFA say they have no plans to strip cups, but of course they had to adopt this stance as any other comment would have prejudiced the outcome of the investigation. If the latter find rfc guilty, then the other two organisations would be under enormous pressure from UEFA and from the fans, especially of those clubs like Falkirk and QOS to strip trophies.

And there was me thinking it had something to do with ebts and tax dodging and dual contracts...............just goes to show eh!
We're having that League Title, thanks very much Up The Dons Beaten by two clubs cheating, disgraceful. Throw Celtic out the league.
The only reason Craig Whyte was able to buy Rangers for £1.00 was because David Murray and him were aware of the trouble brewing. Similarly Charlie Green was able to buy Rangers for £5.5m because he was aware of the trouble down the line. In both cases the EBTs and the double contracts were among the reason the club was not sold for something like £80m. (approx.) The value of Murray Park and Ibrox on their own would have been worth far in excess of what Green paid. Big and all the fool Green is, he knows that if something is too good to be true it usually is.
