All these players being linked, having Medicals, signing for x amount of money, load of bollacks & I doubt if Harry has recognised any of them as future signings, ok it makes it exciting these rumours & gets us going on here & some of us believe them & then the row starts, fun at times but also pisses you off, rather wait till it's confirmed.
It's the nature of the beast Jeff, we all want news but, at the same time, know that 99% of what is written is total bollox usually by lazy journos filling column inches when there's few matches to report on. At the same time we all like to have an opinion of the players touted and that's where the debate on here gets lively, it'll be interesting to see who the real signings are in comparison to the touted players on our ever-growing list...
Agents bung a journo some money to link their clients with us so they can go to another club and say were offering them 50k are you going to offer more? this is especially effective with old has beens from the pl because weve signed them all in the past. Also, the most shameless linking was Keane to Juve which is truly hilarious. I dont know how his agent kept a straight face.
