Apparently we offered you josh on a season long loan but rodgers didnt think he was ready for your squad... cant believe that because when he played for chelsea last season he added something different and he was a great little player. Thoughts?
I´d be shocked if that was true on both parts to be honest! I can´t see Buck turning him down flippantly without at least having a look at him for a week on trial or whatever, and I can´t see Chelsea offering him to us while they still don´t have a manager!
If we had been offered him for a season then I can't see us turning him down ! He seems like hell of a talent who can play DM/CM and as AM-his versatility would be a huge asset to our squad though like Scootswan says unlikely when Chelsea have no manager.
If this is true they must have caught Buck after a few drinks (after all the celebrations etc lol) This guy is going to be one of the best in the league given time and if we have the chance to sign him, even for a season long loan then we should bite chelsea's arm off!!! If we had to pick between McEachran and any other midfielder we have been seriously linked with since promotion i would pick McEachran every time IMO
