I would absolutely love Barton at us, but I can't see it, I don't think he'd come, who gives a **** about his past, if he played for us you'd love him after a few games + he's a bloody good player too

Exactly! Why can't this apply to Joey Barton as well? One thing i know for sure is if Barton put on the blue and white hoops it is a Neil Warnock decission. And NW has never given me any reason to distrust him so far. Warnock won't sign him unless he's absolutely sure he can controll and integrate him.
if it is a choice between making a Faustian Pact in order to beat the Pond Life or being everyones 2nd favourite team i would shake hands with the devil.. i want to tuck chelsea up before i shuffle off my mortal coil and i would sell my grandmother to achieve that end(dont fret she is already brown bread!) i would support a team of war criminals and schizo psychos if it meant keeping us up and beating our opponents.. this is not a vicars tea party it is a dog fight..
