I thought the world of Jay as a class act, but the devil in me now wishes he falls on his face next season. Is it incorrect of me to have such feelings?:undecided:

No feelings are incorrect - they are what they are. We're all passionate fans of our club and sometimes we are unable to see from a players perspective. I think Jay did well for us though ultimately, like so many others, he believed too much of his own press and got too big for the club. I'll remember him as a class act and thank him for his time here. No more, no less.

Can anyone even see him playing if QPR sign up Peter Crouch?

Like you, I thought that Jay was a class act until his England call up, when he became "to big for his boots" his form deserted him and he became a liability.

My opinion is that the lack of form from Jay & Chops in the last 10 or so games cost us.

I for one won’t miss either of them.

He said he has something to prove by getting that second England cap.

So yeah ok he's playing PL football now, not proven, but he might have some stiff competition for that second cap and that's even if he's playing well.

    Rooney
    Bent
    Carroll
    Defoe
    Crouch
    Zamora

Good luck Jay, you'll need it. :emoticon-0145-shake

It's the sign of a bitter and ultimately shallow person. Thankfully I think you are in the minority here.

Betty left because cardiff bottled it yet again and it is holding up his career that he cant waste anymore at cardiff, he may have gone to a pathetic club but at least he will get to play on the big stage week in week out....im not a fan of Betty but you cant blame him for turning his back on cardiff at the end of the day...<ok>

    Dai!
Shouldn't you be on your other board celebrating the imminent signing of Routledge, a player according to you that the majority of jax dont want.:emoticon-0114-dull:

He may have been desperate to play in the premiership, but not so desperate he'd join swansea, When HooGherkins tried to sign him, he nearly pissed himself laughing says it all really <doh>

So, was this a thread about Swansea? No, didn't think it was. So, why are the obsessive Jacks, in particular Dull Dai, on here again?

Dai, do something useful. Go try to count the grains of sand in Swansea Bay - preferably when the tide is in!!!!
