Having watched all of the interviews he conducted with the club over the weekend it is blindingly clear that Jason would love to return to the Priestfield and I have been mentally debating if this would be good or bad. Clearly it would be amazing to have two players of such quality battling for the Number 1 shirt, no offence to Howard but he hasn't got a sniff. However if we need have Jason, he would take a fair wage still and honestly (it feels awful to say this about my absolute childhood hero) I don't think he would get a game. If Nelson were to pick up a knock though I would like to think Jason would have left his card with Allen this weekend! What so you think about Jason? Better than Nelson? Worth another go?
Would love to see Jason in a Gills shirt again but he would have to be number one, at this moment in time we have a top class keeper and Jason won't have a sniff at the shirt either. JB would quickly get frustrated at lack of games and soon leave. Unless a club comes in for Stuart Nelson in january, then I don't see the point in signing JB.
Too short, if he was a couple of inches taller he would have gotten to Bopp's lob and we would still be in the championship... possibly even the Premiership by now ;-)
