like i say in my original thread i think myself connochini fits the bill,he is a sound defender good going forward and he is adapted to the prem league.
yea but you could say that about alot of our players,they just need to be more consistent at performing week in week out,if only we had a squard full of carras and suarez,s the commitment would be unbelievable.

Villareal have started the season slowly, if that continues then maybe a few players would be interested in leaving. Nilmar is a brilliant player and Rossi isn't bad either.
yea well lets give the guy a chance i am sure he will come good like the rest of the team,lets face it the last two games (stoke and wba) i didnt think we would get owt in then games.after the norwich game i was dreading the worst but we seem to have turned it around and hopefully we can keep this winning streak up,and with the players like downing i am sure we can keep moving up the table and have no fear who we play next.
at the mo i would rather have english based players,but then again look how augerro and silva and dzecko have settled.
Centre back to partner Agger (then when he gets injured, Skrtel) is the most important for me, its the difference between finishing inside and outside the top 4.
I wish we had bought Adam Johnson in the summer, with his recent performances i dont think city would sell now plus he would be stupidly expensive in the Jan window. The player I really really want in jan is Edinson Cavani, 24 Uruguayan goal poacher who scored 26 goals for Napoli last season. He would be a perfect partner for Suarez (whilst keeping him happy) and Carrol and this would give us a truely world class strike force which is what we need now to have any chance of winning the prem. Only issue would be the price probably around £30m but if we've got the money he'd be my number one choice!
Rumours are Luuk De Jong of FC Twente is a strong possibility to sign. I think we would be VERY interested in Adam Johnson and Moussa Sissoko if available I would be looking at both Eden Hazard and Mario Goetze , especially as it looks like both Lille and Dortmund will be knocked out of the CL in the group stage
