Why can't the lad get starting place in DC team?

I just can't get my head around it because two seasons ago he was classed as one of the best strikers in this league! With an impressive scoring record and we've been promised "goals goals goals" from the man himself.

The only reason I can think of is his fitness isn't up scratch after making the step up to a full time pro? I think he needs to start next game instead of Taylor as Matty hasn't really made an impact it's all been huff and puff with very little end product which is sad because his work ethic has put him in positions to score like the 1v1 he had vs Grimsby.

On paper Cunningham and White should be tearing this league up!

Totally agree- Jamie should start with Cunnington on Saturday and bring on Matty later in the game.

Taylor was decent, but never prolific, last season whilst White was scoring for fun - give him a go.

I'm happy with Taylor...White looks as if he's carrying some of the weight which Parkes has shed.

We need to get behind all our players. Bristol (both sides) has a reputation for niggling certain players. Think of the players who have done much better elsewhere and you'll know what I mean...

Taylor's done ok but he hasn't scored and we need our strikers to star scoring.

Persevere with him for another couple of games and then give White a go - surely he has to be fit by now!

Always had injury problems. Was a top prospect when in our Academy but always getting knocks.

He was another from the Saints Acadmy conveyor belt was he?

Fair enough - if we can keep him fit I reckon he'll do well for us. He's got a great record at this level.

Yes on fringes of first team before he did his cruciate. Great scoring record at youth and reserve level.

I'm guessing the medical is always the problem.
