    I'm sure we all thought Ashdown would be the first choice keeper in the coming season but it seems like Appleton wants to break away from the old order completely and stamp his own ideas onto the team with players he picked himself. I thought Appleton was a bit hasty when he chose not to renew Ashdown's contract but we'll have to see what happens in the future and who he brings in.

    And if we don't re-sign Ashdown, then the story of the aforementioned Avril Lavigne song could perhaps be quite applicable.

    So not only did you miss out the r, but you also missed out the 8.
