Excellent read in the PropertyWeek.com magazine this week......good balanced interview stating what most of us know already.......although some are giving mouth about why he did it..........not for development of the site only.........if that comes.....new stand...Hotel complex etc....that will be a great asset to the ground.......OK the ground is owned by the council not PAFC........but it could be worse if owned solely by a developer.
