His penalty record for us is amazing, I can't think of any he's missed and he's taken at least 10 for us, on another note he went of injured last night, any idea how long he'll be out if at all.

Chris covered his substitution in his post match interview, it is a leg problem that the club are trying to protect so 2-0 up and against 10 men Chris didn't want to take any risks with Jacko

I am surprised all you posters who want an army of substitutes on the bench, goal-line technology and various other innovations to further Americanize the game don't want to introduce the American Football idea of bringing on a sub just to take dead-ball kicks. We could then bring on Jackson just for penalties and direct free-kicks near the opponents goal. That should keep his leg nicely rested, and for the rest of the game we could utilise someone who actually put in some effort, such as Pritchard, Wagstaff or Evina, though we failed to sign a real left-winger in the window. I would have liked us to have signed Mayor from Preston as their outgoing manager didn't fancy him, but I see Westley has realised his worth and is now playing him so we have missed the boat there.

Hawk-eye and the play-back technology was actually a British sport invention.
