Having read that Leeds want Jack on loan until the end of the season, surely this is the type of player that could provide dividends for our promotion hopes
And I'm sure that if Leeds could afford his wages then so can we

For me, Grealish is overrated and has a history of unprofessional behaviour. I guess you could make an argument that he'd mature among our players and coaching staff, but I think this loan deal would represent a bit of an unnecessary gamble.

Do we need another winger? If we're going to 'break the bank' or use up more of our wage budget, I'd rather we used it in areas where we look weak/short of options (fullback and centre midfield for example) rather than out wide, where we have numbers. Particularly if we're going with 4-3-3, which doesn't place importance on traditional wingers.

I don't doubt the kid's potential, and I think he'd probably turn in some good performances at a Championship level, but he seems like a 'big reputation' purchase and one we ultimately could do without. Most notably if it comes with the price that we miss out/have to avoid bringing in players in other positions.

I don't want this overated overhyped overpaid ponce anywhere near us. Should he move to the likes of QPR that will speak volumes about what the lad is all about.

No issue with players going out on a night out, but to get hammered after a 4-0 loss at Everton the lad hasn't picked his moment. Do not want idiots like this anywhere near us.

Spot on Westy and I don't think MM would want him or any others like him any where near the Club, that's a mixture I just cant see working. So who would we be interested in?

Realistically, we're going to be in for young lads ala the Barnsley boy, players with a point to prove, or the odd player with ability ie J.Williams/Knockaert, a player like that every now and then joins us and goes very much against the view many have of Mick.

He'll leave the defence and keepers alone bar potentially one full back, if a CB gets injured I'd imagine we'll go for one on loan.

    Midfield we appear stocked up.

Varney is if you like the McGoldrick replacement now he's out a while.

Players to leave? Parr springs to mind, maybe Tabb. I wouldn't be surprised to see a bid or two of quite a sum come for Sears in late January either.
