You have got to wonder whether Italians should be allowed to run football clubs. Having had no trouble with either Zaragoza and Sochaux over Kourouma, Genoa have been holding things up for months. It reminds me of the Lazio friendly fiasco which a decade later still hasn't happened!
He was at their academies so as an under-23 they could all be entitled to compensation, however obviously not if they weren't interested in signing him. Genoa are possibly trying to squeeze a few quid or just being downright unprofessional and slow.
