    This from BBC site
    HTML:
Nottingham Forest have made an approach for Newcastle winger Wayne Routledge, BBC Radio Nottingham understands.

The 26-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at former club QPR but failed to agree personal terms on a permanent return to Loftus Road.

Routledge helped Newcastle to the Championship title in 2009/10 but is now surplus to requirements.

So no new signings. Added to the fact that two of our best players in WR and AT are seemingly on their way out. And Bullard who we were by all accounts about to seal a deal for has now said he'd be more than happy to return to Ipswich.
    Terrific negotiator that Flabio.

Have to agree, as it stands we are a weaker team when compared with last season. This is turning into a joke....a bad joke.

me thinks that Bullard is hoping that pswich offer him more money, so that QPR then have to offer him a bit more. Routledge - I initialy anted him to sign but IF he feels HE can't cut it in the premiership then let him sign for another championshop team.

Routledge just wants another Champioship medal, never made it the prem and never will, He has an over rated opinion of himself, let him play in the lower leagues thats his level.

Granted, Routledge has never proved himself in the top level. But he was still undoubtedly one of our better players. Seems we're hell bent on not signing anyone and offloading anyone of quality whose costing us a few quid. Do you think Flabio's repeating the tactics he used in F1, ie issuing instructions to drive the whole thing into the wall?
And with the orange one in charge of the Bothroyd negotiations, expect to see a tall dark striker legging it back to Cardiff tomorrow.

Like any of this is new! Have to admit, this is the worst it's ever been. 35yrs i've supported this club, seen it all like many, but never felt as shafted as i do now. The icing on the cake, would be if Warnock walked away, in truth i wouldn't blame him if he did. It's an absolute joke!!!
