No. These events are for people living in places where they are a minority. Plus, white people win MOBOs all the time so how can that be racist?

And yes, you've guessed it, anyone can watch it regardless of colour Miss Black America - what's not to like? So, no, there is absolutely no racism here.

i've heard this debate a lot, and i do think if 'black' were substituted for 'white' there would be an outcry. Whether it would be justified or not is irrelevant, it's just strange how society accepts one but not the other.
