If you could have got a reasonably decent job a 10 minute bus ride from your house and work was plentiful so that if you ****ed up you could easily get another job quickly do you think you would have been so motivated or prepared to take any job that came along no matter how "crap" or poorly paid it was? I'm not saying you couldn't have got a job near home of course - you may have moved for the way of life etc - but i hope you get what i mean.

I live 10 minutes away from work walking which is fantastic ,the only drawback is my postcode is the worst for crime in the UK....

As a long term visitor to this forum I can confirm that the only racists on here are Toby, ST and Shameless.
Toby and ST both hate the Irish, but whether or not that is actually racism is an argument for another day. Shameless thinks that black kids are more talented and personable than whites but are held back by their backgrounds. But you missed the anti-semites.
