There are two options here. Either Mercedes are in deep **** and have a big problem with the consistency of the car. Or they have something great to show at the first GP and don't want to show the world the car that may bring them the WDC and WCC. Spelling error in poll > *to gain* < agin
It's still too early to tell if Mercedes have a problem with the car. Ross Brawn can never be underestimated and I think they'll be more competitive than last season.
I don't want to give my opinion as I want to see others views, good to see people are optimistic about them, I don't like the way they are giving off mixed messages however.
They're hiding a lot, but the car will still be below par. They complained (Brawn and Schumacher) all last season that the ban on in season testing meant they could not develop the car properly. So what are they doing this season? Running an "interim car" throughout winter testing and waiting until the first race weekend to put all their new parts on the car. Maybe Brawn has suffered a mild head trauma during the off season because I was under the impression that he was a highly intelligent chap.
I honestly don't know. It really depends on the effectiveness of their big update relative to their rivals.
I think they do. There is alot of promise coming from that team yet I dont think they are the only ones
They think they are very smart at the moment, I'll tell you now if it doesn't pay off they are going to look like fools.
I think they will be closer to the top three(Red Bull Mclaren Ferrari) but the will have to fight out fourth in constructors with Renault. Who knows I could be wrong.
