He got injured very early on into this Cardiff career cant remember if it was a whole season he was out for or not though, Would like to know if he's back for when we come to town
thats him pretty much done for....sad really would it have happened if he stayed with us but ih a happy mood.....will never know
Sorry to see him injured after he made such a bright start for us. Can't see him being fit for your visit, but you never know.
He got injured against us - went down like a sack of **** - and stayed still for ages looked extremely bad at the time and sure I read after that he would be out for 6 months at least and that was 5th game of the season - shame cos he's a good player not that the Welsh boys really need more good players
I do wonder what happened to Maynard, and why West Ham were happy to sell after not even a year at the club. Honestly, I reckon the guys knee is as good as ****ed, and that we sold him to West Ham at a cut price deal. They got a few goals out of him and soon realised that his game was suffering due to his previous injuries, so they sold him to Franchise FC, only for him to **** his knee up. It's the Kaka/Torres treatment. He may play, but he won't be "the same". He can either adapt to play a different role, perhaps as a poacher, or he can drop down the divisions.
