Man United v Liverpool is the biggest fixture in the world!!! So says Saffa! There are, I'm sure, many people who would ask the question, is this the biggest fixture in England? There must also be a fair few who would ask "Is this the biggest fixture in Lancashire?" I am heartened by this pronouncement as it makes clear the leadership of one of our supposed challengers for trophies this year has finally lost it! It has to be ours for the taking, Blues!
Liverpool aren't contenders right now IMO, however, I do think this is the biggest game in the country. There's so so so much history and bitter rivalry between the two, even I'm looking forward to it!!! BUT give me a choice of Chelsea vs Spuds or United vs Liverpool - LDN derby any day of the week
Or Fergie's up to his usual tricks. I'm not sure anyone will know if he loses it since it could just be another mind game.
