When Milner plays right midfield for England I remember Chris Waddle, John Barnes, Beckham, even sicknote Anderton and shed a little tear, he's a perfectly functional Prem player and can probably do a job v Moldovastan in the qualifying games but for England he is another one like Baines/Henderson and many others over the years, outclassed when it matters
