For once us Spurs fans are hating the international break rather than wishing for it.

Tedious days football for me yesterday, dreadful game at Priestfield where the current kings of the 1-0 scored a 96th minute winner with their first shot on target to go top of the league and then the 2nd half of the England match that was somehow worse than the game I had seen at the Gills.

Rashfords substitute appearance was right up there with Winks at Everton as one of the worst ever.

 

It was really appalling, wasn't it! For a guy who has been in decent form at club level, the curse of the Southgate Stagnation hit him hard!

I can't remember the players, but the subs in the AC Milan game at the lane ,even the management team did not have a clue as to what was going on ,Mason shrugging his shoulder to the team

He's expected to be replaced by Julian Nagelsmann.

I still think that he can do a job for us, in the short-term at least.

However the irony is rather than being run into the
ground like last season, with no UEFA land etc
this season Spurs will be struggling to keep his
and others legs stretched until mid december.

 

I'll be surprised if he doesn't play some part in virtually every game.
I doubt he'll be too happy with being a regular sub, though.
