And apparently they are rooting for City to win the premiership in the next few years so that they can appoint Sterling too.

I remember a picture of him as a nipper stood next to the League trophy in an Everton kit from like the 80's.

It appears to be a picture of another Liverpool player who won the league with United.

 

Am lucky that my club doesn't have that kind of animosity with any other team to be honest.
On one hand its nice and passionate to have a team you despise, but I ain't that sort of person to be honest.

One of our best and most loved players was Ex-Arsenal (Ashley Cole).
Gallas went the other way and I still remember him fondly.
Anelka was ex Arsenal too, and Petit.
Hasselbaink was Ex Leeds, and they are considered rvials of ours, yet I loved Jimmy.

Maybe QPR is the only club I wouldn't be too happy with, those guys are little ****s.

 

Does it annoy you that he played for us. I hate it, you just don't do that.

 

He could have gone somewhere else but United sold him to Inter and he wanted to come back to England to be a big fish in a small pond. Liverpool was an obvious choice for him really.
