So not only did Foy have the worst game I've ever seen by a Premier League official in our game against Stoke last season and get a ton of abuse for it, but Villas-Boas has been fined for criticising him? Could they make the selection system any more transparently bent, FFS? Jordan's comments sound fair enough. He probably wasn't too happy to be given the boot on the back of a relatively successful season, even if he got an inkling it might have been coming after the contract situation blew up. He didn't seem to do anything wrong and we might have kept him on for a bit to help the transition, so I can see why he'd be pissed off.
