Football has gone truly mad , Why would City want to buy ? Why are Arsenal selling ? He would not enhance City as they are miles ahead of Arsenal , he still can't cross a ball and runs around like a headless chicken .

He is running into his last year of contract, city want a fast winger, he will be mostly a squad player, he is underrated.
