What was said to me when I said we need a striker, TRUST IN MON...

So, to those who want Richardson out of the LB role, I thi nk yesterday you saw MON's prefered back 4 and I agree with him.

    BARDO....O'SHEA....BROWN...RICHARDSON

Get used to it because its the one you will see week after week, IMO.

We have conceded 24. Fifth best in the league. The four better are all considered to be in the "Sky six"
There's nowt wrong with our defence.

I didn't say I was right and Mon is wrong and if he (Mon) wants to play sessegnon in goal and O Shea up front, delivering the results he has, then who is arguing?

However, that still doesn't alter my own opinion that Richardson is a dreadful left back. If was dreadful yesterday but we won and I agree, he will be there again for the foreseeable future.

So long as the results keep coming who is complaining like? If he (Richardson) starts to cost us games that might change mind.

Bloody hell 2nd thread in a row and im in full agreement with Cest!!!!!
I thought Richardson was the weak link in the defence yesterday, he got exposed quite a few times, compare that to Bardsley on the other side who i thought was excellent and i still think we need a new left back.

I'm affraid i have a different slant on things. I also realise that what Mon wants he will get, however i'm still to be convinced with regard to Richardson. He does let himself down time and again with lack of concentration, and his distribution is at times shocking. Now if Mon could remedy these problems i truely would believe he could walk on water. Silk purse out of a Sow's ear, i think Mon will come up short on this one.

Well since I felt 'robbed' by Richardson at left back, ROB is a very suitable acronym imo. LOL
