How can you say that? It's impossible as fans to (fairly) judge anyone other than the players and manager

 

Its a bit of everything mate Players, coaches, manager, tactics its down to all of them to get us out of this mess & they have 8 games to do it. All us fans can do is support our team & hope for the best

because like his manager he does not have the ability to coach forward thinking players, they both are very defensive imind sets, if oneil had a better number two to fall back on for ideas and subs during the game it should help, do you think they are much the same in their tatics,
