Graham Westley is the up and coming bloke below the Championship. He’s taken Stevenage from the Conference to the upper reaches of League One and will have a great knowledge of players from the Conf upwards. Mind you, people were saying the same about Mark Cooper when he got the Peterborough job! Paul Tisdale at Exeter is similar – Conf to Lg 1. Both of them fairly young – late 30s early 40s.
