You win...you win you ****. One of these days Rheinhold.

Same team with Harry in for Junior? Must be surely.

    Greegsy
    Dave Dawson Harry Robbo
    Elmo Meyler Jake Clucas
    Akpom Hernandez

    Or

    Greegsy
    Dave Dawson Harry Robbo
    Elmo Jake Meyler Clucas
Diame – I like Diame being given a free hole – he can murder teams when he wants to.
    Hernandez

I’m so ****ing excited for this game I can’t tell you enough. Clash of the Titans. Mean Machine vs Mean Machine. Rocky vs Apollo. Blur vs Oasis. You get the point. I firmly believe if we win this game we will nail this division. I’m confident as balls for once. Having said all that, a draw would not be the end of the world as we could easily lose this, they’re a seriously strong team and no mistake.

Biggest Threat for us:Their wingers - adomah, nsue, de pena etc. give them great options.

Biggest Plus for us: Nugent looks to be injured

    Our record against the Smoggies
    Games won: 16
    Games drawn: 17
    Games lost: 24

Most Recent: 04 January 2014, we won away 2-0 in the cup with goals from Maclean and Prozzy! Yes, really.

    Beeb Stats
City have won their last two home league clashes against Middlesbrough but have not won three in a row since 1972.

After keeping four consecutive clean sheets away to us, Middlesbrough have conceded in each of the last four.

We have not conceded in four consecutive games - Our best run since February 2012 when we kept six clean sheets in a row.

We have yet to lose a home game this season (W5 D2) - the same as Brighton.

    Boro Forum
They seem confident and wary in equal measure, I’d say we’re more confident on here. Most are predicting a tight game, 0-0 or 1-0 either way. TBH on the forum I looked at they seemed a level headed decent bunch.

    Prediction
2-0 to City - Meyler and Hernandez, both second half.

There biggest threat is Downing, adomah was gash last
Time against us, it's probably your first team but I wouldnt
Be suppressed if Hernandez gets a rest, he'll be off on his
International travels after the match, covering the globe
Again so won't really get a rest. He looked a bit tired
Last Tuesday .Akpom and diame just in behind ?

It's like left Twix and right Twix, which do you prefer? One's info covered in stats, whilst the other's stats covered in info.

    Kinell.

    This won't go down well.

    Still, whatever. Plus ca change.

    4-0 to us.

    Or 0-4 to them.

    Or a 0-0.

Reaaaaaaaally looking forward to this game, but also reaaaaaaaaally nervous about it.

    Feels good.

Sorry lads we've had to put up with half arsed efforts for too long now - he needed a kick up the arse. We all know this is true <laugh>

Really I'm buzzing my teets off for this game.

What is the meaning of this?

Is it a statement of intent from Walt, a ku de ta?

We have rebellion in the ranks Reinhold, baton down the hatches and prepare for stormy waters.

    This may not end well.

Can't see the team changing apart from Maguire in for Bruce, with Diame and Maloney coming on for the last 30 minutes to seal it for us.

I feel quite confident about this, I'm going for the win by two clear goals.

Who from the Boro squad would make our starting 11? Downing? That's probably it.

    We'll smash them.

    I'm not getting involved.

    Switzerland, that's me.

Linnet, get it sorted. Winner takes all.

Big game but what ever happens its a long season so plenty of time to get points after this, yes it will give us a good idea of were we are but in all honesty we are top of the league for a reason and deserve to be but like SB says a pattern is forming with the same teams around us winning although Derby last night was a good result. Games like today are big because we are so close on points so a win would be brilliant lets hope when that final whistle goes we are still singing WE ARE TOP OF THE LEAGUE, why not we've got a good enough squad, the fans around the city are beginning to believe again so get behind the lads, they will be noisy with a full away allocation so lets show them that we are not only the best side in the league but also that on big games like this that we can make some noise and back the lads 110%, come on

Four players - Dave, Robertson, Clucas and Meyler - are one booking away from suspension.

The cut-off date for five bookings triggering suspension is 30 November.
