Tonight is massive for us and we are not even playing. Who knows what Spurs team will turn up. Bolton are going to be fighting for their lives and can see them getting something. A draw wont be a good result but wont be the end of the world. As we know a Bolton win could be devastating. Either way its so bloody nerver racking its ridculous
tell me about it sam, god do i need a holiday after this season! i'll watch it but won't enjoy unless spuds go 3 up to minute left, this is crucial to us & reckon that will determine Rs season.
Spurs will put their best players in this match and you just have to take look of the league table to realise. It just the boltons never die attitude ,which they have had in last three matches, im worried about. They are now capable to win all their three matches.....
With hodgson confirmed as england manager, hopefully this means spuds will start playing proper football again. But I guess the flipside is WBA don't give a toss.....and they both play Bolton!
The image that comes to mind about our predicament vis-a-vis this game is where the branch we're desperately trying to cling to hanging over a 100ft cliff suddenly becomes the venue for a saw-out between two huge lumberjacks with chainsaws. Not a lot we can do except spit the sawdust out as it spatters our face, and hope they run out of petrol despite the fact we know they turned up driving fuel tankers.
Was that the result???+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is going to be an interview with Muamba on Sky before the game, can't fail to motivate the Bolton team & fans and may have a negative effect on Spuds. Maybe 'Arry not getting the England job might convince some of his players that there is something worth playing for after all and Tottingham could see this as 3 points in the bag as they are within touching distance of The Gooners if they win tonight. With the Filth looking like they could win the Champions league final the 4th spot is not enough for qualification to next season's tournament so I can only keep everything crossed that our fellow Londoners open a can of whupass at the Reebok!
Delighted to see Muamba back and in the pink (ish), but the interview definitely gives Bolton an unfair advantage. May be at the same time, someone could persuade Paul Gascoigne to do a tearful piece about how hard his life has been. That should even things up...
It's good to see Muamba back, but without what happened to him i just don't think Bolton would have a chance to survive. They are certainly trying to milk every last drop out of the situation to try and invigorate their side.Let's just hope Spurs are lifted by the atmosphere aswell and show no mercy!
Why?Bolton have this game in hand and we have City away last game.If Bolton lose this game tonight we will both be about 5/6 to go down!
