Phil Brown is a tool, he was trying to act clever using "big words" and he's that uneducated he doesn't even know what he's talking about. He was inferring that Pirlo was scared of coming to the Premier League because he likes Italy, the word he should of used was xenophobe, and Pirlo isn't a xenphobe by any means, just because he doesn't want to leave sunny Italy to come to England doesn't mean he's afraid, it means he's a proud countryman. Phil Brown's the ****ing xenophobe, if he got out more and spoke to people he'd know what ****ing words to use in interviews!
Then why did he use the word homophobe, he was clearly trying to imply Pirlo was scared of leaving Italy, he should of actually educated himself before he talks ****
How did I know you would be on here trying to disown your greatest ever manager i suppose he just got infected while there then... i think pirlo has an actionable case here
Because we enjoy laughing at planks making fools of themselves? Even you can admit that what Brown has said is embarrassing.
Oh i do, no argument with that at all. Thats why i feel Brown should be kept in the media and away from club management. He brightens up the day many times. Sadly though Phil Browns climax was his singing after the MU game in 2009.
So you think its right he goes brandishing people 'homophobes' without the foggiest idea what it means just because its entertaining?
AKCJ - if he doesn't understand what it really means we can only criticise his lack of education not his inadvertent labelling - after all there is no real negative reflection on Pirlo, only on PB for his clanger ... Mind you, I reckon Rooney got wind of this before the game and interpreted it quite literally ... might explain why he was so reluctant to get anywhere near Pirlo all game .... he's had enough flack for 'liaising' with pensioners in his time ...
It's not really Brownies fault he's a bit dim. You of all people should have some sympathy for him, it can't be easy for either of you.
Just knew that typing the word Hull would get them back on here. Must be glad if they can count their greatest manager as Phil Brown lol
What has Phil Brown got to do with us anymore, you should be posting it as Preston on the count of the fact that is his most recent club.
Well Charlie .. it's a bit like having a minger for an ex-girlfriend ... the shame just goes on and on .... I'm lucky that I've only ever been with goddesses you see ...
He's your equivalent of our Martin O'Neill. He brought you the most success you've had in modern times, and he's a God among men to you lot. Your club will always, ALWAYS be associated with the man. Poor, poor man.
