Biggest Clubs? Hull In At 32

Thought this made for an interesting talking point on Vital Football ! The Daily Mail Online... have done a list of what they believe to be the 50 biggest clubs in the land... I'm sure some will agree and some will disagree!

Someone already posted this earlier in the week. The data isn't just based on current standings, but over many years, I believe.

It largely makes sense, with a few anomalies. WBA seem very high (and Birmingham very low), while Bristol City being below Notts County makes very little sense.

I'd have Leeds and Forest a little higher up, but I guess their recent travails hit them in calculations done this way.

Also, the middling likes of Brentford, Swindon, Walsall and Bournemouth would surely raise an eyebrow at Bury in 50th place. Bury is a tiny, tiny club!

[Edit: I've just noticed that a team has to have been in the top flight.]
