1) While walking from the Avenue pub towards the ground we encountered Police and Stewards barring our access along Walton Street onto the car park area while the Hull Fair was being erected. Maybe they were worried about our safety. 2) On the way from the ground towards Chants there were no restriction and we were all allowed to roam around the car park at will. What a waste of manpower used in 1) Anyway at least on my leaving the ground it did allow me to make my one and only annual visit to Hull Fair.
Maybe before the game there were rides being assembled with danger of items falling and after the game the pikeys had stopped or were working closer to ground level so it was a safe area to pass through?
Haven't been to Hull Fair since I last took my youngest; that was 25 years ago. Never missed it since.
I managed to avoid the Chav fest for sixteen years . I now take my kids over tea time for about an hour and that's bad enough . It is just the biggest pile of dog **** imaginable and has long overstayed it's welcome . I don't know one single person who likes it . I have also been reliably informed that some people go every single night , what a set of sad bastards they must be . I hate it . It is **** . It can **** off as far as I'm concerned . Rant over , for now .
So given the choice of attending Hull Fair every night or having AIDS you'd choose AIDS ? Reasonable enough I suppose .
Well you could go to Hull Fair and be guaranteed to catch AIDS, or catch AIDS and not have the risk of attending Hull Fair. So yes. Yes I would.
I go to college at the KC so have to watch the monstrosity get assembled.. its shocking how the sports bar has been turned into a FREE classroom for all the gypsy kids.. if they dont pay their taxes they shouldnt get education! simple. Although i'll still be attending the fair xD
I'd gladly accept the HIV if I didn't have to attend HF but full blown AIDS is going a step too far .IMO.
I hope this latest hurricane blows over all the rides whilst all the Chav scum are on board . Killing them instantly .
Haven't been for about 10 years, once i was old enough to know how **** it was i stopped going! I drove down Walton Street yesterday and it looked like a recruitment base for the Jeremy Kyle show!
I think we should tie a certain councillor to the top of the helter skelter and burn the whole fair to the ground. Thats not OTT, Is it?
Or if he thinks Hull Fair is so good and worthwhile keeping, let him spend an evening there on the over priced rides, taking abuse from chavs and watching said chavs urinating and vomiting all over the place.
