Oh that sucks. I plan on nursing a hangover first thing, followed by the obvious cure, i.e. more beer. a 6 hour return trip would be risky at best. Obviously if we were playing a bigger club, or playing better I'd have to re-evaluate that, but luckily I don't have to. I can recommend nipping into SCS though, they have a fabric sofa with an electric reclining mechanism that is bloody ace. You'll end up as laid back and horizontal and Hudds in the middle of a game.
We've already bought our new sofas and a television. They're in our living room already. Unfortunately, Boxing Day, apparently, is for going to my Brother-in-Law's house for a do nobody that is there actually wants to go to, so I'll be missing the match. What's worse is that living in Preston I can't pick up Humberside, except on Tiger Player which I can't get in the car. We're driving to Manchester so I'll be doing a Likely Lads impression again, trying not to hear the result till I see the highlights. Keep an eye out on their RB today, Darikwa. He played for Chesterfield against us pre-season. I thought he was excellent, he skinned Brady and Robbo all ends up for their goal. I said at the time he was the one to buy not Clucas. Lets hope Sam plays today and skins Darikwa.
