Exactly, everyone is a good manager with hindsight. As for not bringing in another target man its a fair point but. We have signed 12 players so can't moan too much. Yes we let Helguson go but you only need to look at the example of Hill to shown that losing a player who exceled for half a season isn't that great a loss. First part of that doesnt mean anything and is a cop out of a statement. Your looking for the negatives and clearly just want to moan. While it might sound over the top to say that the negative posts are potentially poisioning to this club I think it is actually true. You only have to look at the number of views on this thread to see that a lot of people read it and are potentially influenced by it. If we go a goal behind early on at Chelsea I can see the crowd over-reacting and getting on the players back too soon. Zamora has talked about the grumbles amongst fans expecting too much too soon. My comment about go support Tottenham isn't a command. It's a flippant statement because I think the club would be better off without the over-reacting negative posts. The negative over the top posts I am reacting to are turning me off this board. And I would be perfectly happy to help put these posters off this board because I think the club would be better off without them. My initial post directly quoted one posters only comment being that Hughes is a w*nker so I share your view about being abusive. I actually held up some points raised and explained what I thought was wrong with them which is at least constructive. Perfectly happy for people to point out any flaws in my logic and point out deconstruct any stupid dtaements I make
If the rumours are true and they both led the ground, then we should sell both of them in january, simple. As much as I'd have loved to have seen adel turn in to a star at rangers, I just don't think it's going to happen. Plus playing him means we always have to build around him, restricting our option and formation. Now I'd rather take the money and buy someone hungry. Just a shame he didn't throw a strop before tdd, so we could have bought Adam Johnson!
HH has been great ever since he came back from Watford on loan. Hill was never a good LB and has only really done well for 6 months as you say. HH is a big loss because we only have 3 forwards and just one target man.
Greetings. First time post as i felt i had to respond to the negativity on these posts. We are all entitled to our opinions as fans-this is a forum-but i am getting tired of the abuse against MH. Love reading what fans have to say but slating the manager after just three games is not on. He is obviously not everyones cup of tea but no need for the name-calling.Yesterdays performance was a massive improvement and i believe we can only get better.

Read my OP. I am looking for the positives. If you cannot be bothered to look, then you are a bigger fool than your post makes you look. If you do not understand what my statement means, then that is YOUR problem NOT mine. I have had my opinions of MH changed somewhat by credible arguments from some posters on here, especially Swords. Your post has reaffirmed my opinion that some people on here cannot hold a constructive argument without resorting to BS.
