Firstly to clarify absolutely no chickens are being counted. However tonights results are huge no doubt a 500 round trip to hull on a tuesday evening against a team unbeaten in 11 with the meanest defence in the league and we come away with our fourth straight away win! Reading have their suposedly easiest game of a tricky period and loose and west ham again fail to win. We're on fire at the moment massive credit to the WHOLE squad they've all played their part. But most of all credit to NA the way we have recovered from our blip has taken genuine leadership, theres still a long way to go but tonight has felt like a big step towards the promised land. Amazing set of results tonight, very nearly perfect. Got to say we have our foot in the door now. It's completely in our hands. Come on Saints!

One game at a time... i am still wary of Doncaster. They are fighting for their lives and have already beaten us this season. At least we now have Sharp not them. Win that game then i will really start to believe.

It's set up for Sharp to score his first goal for Saints against Donny. NA would have to have a heart of stone if Sharp doesn't play a part on Saturday.

When it comes to winning games of football, Adkins has a heart of stone.

Huge result, I thought we would do well to bag a draw tonight and never saw Reading losing.

Agree that Doncaster should not be taken lightly and I hope a close to full house crowd are patient on Saturday. If we can win and be either 9 points over west ham or 6 points above Reading with our goal difference I will be pretty confident with 7 games to go that it's enough. COYR

I think it will be a near full house. Clever linking this game with the pompey one. A crowd like the one we had against west ham could really help against Donny. Just hope diouf gets injured cos he is a ****
