I was just checking BBC Live scores and found this comment: Steve Claridge on BBC Final Score: "If Scott Parker is playing Tottenham don't concede there, it is as simple as that. So I guess those 5 goals we scored against Spurs with Parker playing never actually happened, Spurs' recent dip in form has happened with Parker IN THE TEAM, the only game he missed was the one against Manunited.
Well, I am NOT a big fan of Parker. Over-rating industrious incompetence is what has got the England team into the mess it is in.
You look at Song, he's very good at defending from midfield, but along with that he has a very good creative attacking role in him, being one of our top assisters, as well as one of the top assisters in the league, if he was English everyone would be raving on about him 10X more than they do Parker.
