Mibbe in the Garmy ... I always do the neck/shoulders after back section as I've normally done most of "the yoke" whilst doing the back section. Makes it easier ...in my opinion
I suppose if you have a back section with enough material to rig out the Cutty Sark that makes sense. Or the Yoke at it's more commonly known.
Depends what food it is,meat/meat dishes let it thaw,veg cook straight away ie boil/stir fry etc bread can go in the toaster Here's a book that you may find useful please log in to view this image
