I have no trouble getting up in the morning, it is the getting out of bed that I have trouble with...
I am very fortunate to be mistaken for about 17 years old still and i hope it continues into later life. But i think i might have to get more beauty sleep to do that lol.

I've had a bit of a day, it's been really busy, and i thought i was done with moaning about aches and pains but i've got a new one, and though i'm not going to moan about it, i'm seriously thinking about giving myself a day off a long walk tomorrow..i think my body is not just talking to me, it's screaming at me to slow down a bit!
Then listen to it sweetheart! can you not postpone the long walk 48 hrs! Give your body some healing time! I would suggest a full body massage as well! a bottle of of baileys or something to guarantee you a heap of sleep ! Also need Mr H to take as much slack as necessary whilst you rest for a couple of days!
It's just finding time on a different day that's the problem..but uh oh, moaning again...i woke up with back ache this morning! grrrr1
Buenas Noches Hornette. You should always listen to your body, i have Physio for my aching knee tomorrow, so i might join you in the moaning.
BHD fish oil and omega 3 capsules will fix the knee , (also help the lower back H)! Lower back pains are often systematic of other underlying probs !
I think your back will sort out along with other snags with a serious rest! If not I can give you some gentle exercises to ease it, failing that its a trip to the chiro!
i'm going to be sensible..if i walk tomorrow it'll be a short one...with 3 weeks to go i'm finally realising i can't take any more risks...so...home tomorrow morning instead of pounding the footpath...do you think that's okay?
I took cod liver oil for a few months before with out success, but i might have to try the Omega3. thanks for that norway. i just hope it does not interfere with my martial arts trainging.
