remember celtic can still apply to UEFA to get awarded all those CL and UEFA Cup tainted titles that other teams won because they signed better players than celtic.

    Not one.

We all understood that Marseille bribed officials and players and we accepted that they had been punished accordingly.

Woah, just when you think the barrel had been scraped of all remaining contents...

Rangers haven't been found guilty of any wrong doing (or cheating as you clowns keep saying.) and even if there is something in the dual contracts pish, isn't even on the same scale as bribery!

First–tier Tribunal (Tax) hears appeals against decisions relating to tax made by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC). Appeals can be made by individuals or organisations, single tax payers or large multi-national companies.

    And

£4m from the "small" tax case.

mmm, it's not an appeal in the regular sense of the the word, ie rangers appealing their transfer embargo, iirc there's not been an actual decision which rangers have then appealed.

And when I said wrong doing, that was in relation to Harry's comparison to marseille's naughtyness. ie. cheating in the sporting sense if the word. Similar to that of Henry's efforts to qualify for the world cup.

It is an appeal. Rangers were told by the Taxman how much they owed and they appealed the decision. If the decision did not show they were in the wrong then why bother appealing?

Besides, they were found guilty in the Small Tax Case as we all know, (unless guilty, like Appeal has a different meaning when it comes to Tax cases) so your assertion that Rangers have not been found guilty of any wrong doing is incorrect chapper.

You are however corrrect that as yet they have not been found guilty of employing a dual contracts system or anything similar, all we have is the word of the media and a few bloggers, but i'm of a mind to trust them on this one as they have been 100% corrrect about a lot of the stuff we now know to be fact.

Perhaps Rangers will be cleared of any further wrongdoing, who knows? Certainly I never claimed to have insider knowledge or start a campaign to promote my opinions and thoughts above everyone else's. I'm looking at it all as an 'outsider' and so far it reeks. I personally don't think they will escape further punishment after being found guilty of something, but that doesn't mean I will necessarily agree with them getting off scot free after a shock aqcuittal on all potential charges, i'll probably moan and bleat as much as the next man, perhaps I may even suspect a conspiracy.

    I'm a pedant, it's nothing personal.

Well it wasn't exactly for playing by the rules was it. You might not have rigged any matches (Yet) but, you deliberately didn't pay any tax this year to seek an advantage over everyone else. £18m is a hell of an advantage over everyone else, its not my fault you didn't spend it wisely.

"100% correct about a lot of the stuff" makes no sense I'm afraid. It's like saying they have been 100% of the time about 60% of the stuff they have claimed.

67% of the time it works every time.

Heard on the news the news this morning that FIFA will take no action over Rangers going to the civil courts.

So that's us seen off that bunch of corrupt ****wits and continue on the road to take back what is rightfully ours.

Probably Fifa have heard Rangers are going to back track and accept the original punishment rather than get suspended or thrown out of the game . If Rangers are let off there is nothing surer FIFA will re appear on the scene .
