I'm in good company: Harry singled him out in his press conference as having done well. I was at the game, sober and uninfluenced by any herbal remedies. Were you?

Of course he did, he signed him and has signed him several times, theres got to be a reason for that and it isnt because Haim is a very good footballer.

Aaah. Now I understand. You're right and Harry's wrong.... Harry didn't sign him for football reasons... Please accept my apologies.

He didnt sign him because of his footballing abilities. Relegated 4 seasons on the trot and was last at a club heading into L2.

He was out of contract for a while, am I right along with every other manager in the country who didnt want him or is Harry right and signed someone whos played about 2 games this season?

And then he'll go there and be even better than Routledge knowing our luck.

Can he really be as rubbish as he's been this season?

As for Ben Haim we shouldn't have a go at him because of wages/contacts/relegations etc. And then there is of course a subtext there for those who look for it. Thought he did ok in the last match and was impressed by his attempts to get the ball back after errors. His passing is ok, he can head the ball but just lacks a bit of pace imho.

Speaking of Israelis Benayoun would be great for next season, getting on a bit but have always rated him despite him, like Oscar, having an awkward looking running style.

Nah, I'd cull the rest of our 30+ losers. Those vets with screens from the Grand National would sort them out.
